Regency Travel & Education was founded in 1979 and offers a wide range of travel and education services to the Thai population. We moved into our present company-owned premises in January 2000.
Starting as a travel business, we pioneered organising a summer course in Singapore in 1980 for Thai students wishing to learn English. Since then, we have arranged or organised study courses for more than 100,000 students, individually or in groups at overseas schools, colleges and universities.
Our staff are fully qualified, trained and experienced, and include several who have studied abroad. A few have been with us for over a decade.
OUR TRAVEL SERVICE
We offer tours of varying duration to North and South America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the north and south poles. We also promote 'Travel and Learn' programmes, combining English learning with sightseeing.
We design incentive tours for companies, organisations and institutions, allowing them to choose their preferred destinations and duration of the journey to suit their budgets. We tailor programmes to cater for special-interest groups like medical practitioners, engineers, teachers, members of youth movements, and social workers.
Our team of ticketing experts will issue you air tickets instantly to any destination on all major airlines. We advise our customers on the best routing, on optimal savings and other details including visa requirements. OUR EDUCATION SERVICE
Student counselling is at the heart of educational planning. Youngsters who wish to study abroad seek our advice and help to find courses and institutions best suited to their personal needs and capabilities.
Our education counsellors know a good deal about educational institutions in major English countries like the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. We also offer courses in Mandarin in the P.R.C and Singapore. Our aim is to help students to develop to their full potential. Many people are familiar with summer courses (or camps) for which Regency Travel & Education is famous. These are held during the school holidays in April/May, June/July (international schools) and October and combine English lessons with educational and cultural tours. Information on these and other travel and educational programmes are available any time from our office. We choose the schools for the quality of their teaching and their understanding of and concern for foreign students.
In January each year, we organise our Regency International Education Fair, showcasing some of the best overseas schools, colleges and universities that we work with. We also publish a colour brochure 'Pathways to International Education' in Thai and English, which is widely distributed free to students and other education-minded people.
