Fascino is one of Thailand’s largest distributors of pharmaceuticals in the country. They commissioned Cyberworks to develop a custom application to assist them manage the ordering and sales process for their 44 franchise retailers throughout the country.

The key elements of the solution were a Point Of Sale (POS) system, an inventory control module, accounting modules for accounts receivable and accounts payable, and a mobile sale application.

Head office staff sales staff to provide product information to retailers using the mobile sales application. It allows orders to be placed via the pocket PC, that are directly linked with the main database via synchronization of data once back at the head office.

Orders placed either directly via the point of sales application or the mobile sales application are consolidated and sent directly to the companies warehouse of picking and dispatch.
