Class Management & Human Resourcing System ECC (Thailand)
ECC (Thailand) is Thailand's largest computing and english school and has over 40 branches around the country. To improve their marketing and business efficiency, ECC (Thailand) commissioned Cyberworks Consulting to build a computerized class and staff management system based on Microsoft's .Net framework and low cost Windows CE terminals. By using a single computerized system, ECC is better able to optimize resources and cross sell products between branches. The system also provides accurate real time information about sales, calculates commissions and highlights courses that are not selling well helping to identify and reduce business costs. In future, ECC plans to integrate the system with its public websites allowing collection of potential customer leads online or even online booking and job vacancy listings. The system will also help to pool resources across ECC's other related companies, First Training, Eduworld and Executrain Thailand. |
