Office Design Philosophy
As you can see from our 360 degree photo of the office, we have a open floor plan arrangement, that not only provides a clean and spacious environment but also creates a very friendly and team spirited culture.

The organization structure is extremely flat, providing staff of all levels formal and informal access to management and other colleagues at all times. This has helped create and reinforce the culture desired by management, by immersing management and staff, new and old, within the one area.

The office structure is very much project orientated, whereby staff assigned to specific projects will seat together, and change desks depending on the project at the time. We have found this "hot seat arrangement" not only aids communication, but allows senior staff to coach and mentor junior staff more effectively, and ensures that everybody within the company gets to know everyone else by being their neighbor at some point during the year.

Reflection Of Corporate Culture
Such openness also reflects the culture and nature of the company in its dealings with its customers. Cyberworks's culture and therefore working process are based on this same openness and understanding. This creates a unique work environment in Thailand whereby staff not only enjoy their work but feel at ease with clients and management; facilitating an open and frank relationship, free from fear of retribution and punishment, that instead encourages the sharing of success and failures experienced by everyone. Ultimately this has led to strong bonds, understanding and commitment, between management, staff and clients.
