Although all our Development and Websites come with a warrantee, Cyberworks Consulting provide additional after sales support in the form of a pre-paid hours service known as "Web Express".

Web Express uses the concept of "points" with one point equivalent to one hour of work. Typically Web Express would be used for such tasks as making minor application enhancements, updating static web pages or paying monthly hosting fees.

Web Express is available in three convenient packages:

  • Bronze (25 Points)
  • Silver (50 Points)
  • Gold (100 Points)

In addition to Web Express we also provide customers access to our online issue tracking and management system. This allows them to quickly and easily notify us of any problems with their site or application during the development and testing phase. Once an issue is logged the customer can then monitor the issue/bug resolution progress online.
